Hello! I'm Damilola Oladimeji, I prefer to be called Dami. I am a results-driven fourth year PhD Candidate at Sam Houston State University (SHSU), specializing in digital forensics and computer security. My PhD thesis focuses on securing communication with automobile vehicles. Specifically, I am currently carrying out research on the CAN bus protocol. With a strong foundation in digital investigations and network security. Known for my dedication, collaboration, and efficiency, I am passionate about safeguarding critical data while engaging in significant research and publications that drive innovation in the academic field.

I have high skills in digital forensics and programming.

I have used my experience in digital forensics to analyze various devices, honing my skills in areas such as mobile, social media, computer and operating system forensics. I am proficient with several open-source and commercial digital forensic tools, including Cellebrite, Magnet Axiom, X-Ways, FTK, Autopsy, and BlackBag. My current research includes car accident reconstruction using CARLA, analyzing social media content with machine learning algorithms, creating a testbed for the CAN bus protocol, and analyzing this protocol for vulnerabilities to enhance defense and prevent attacks.
